For all those who are planning to take the TOPIK test (Test of proficiency in Korean) in 2019, we are posting all the details of the TOPIK test in year 2019.

In 2019, TOPIK will be held 6 times – once in Korea only (in January) and 5 times in Korea and overseas (in April, May, July, October and November). 62nd TOPIK, 63rd TOPIK, 64th TOPIK, 65th TOPIK, 66th TOPIK and 67th TOPIK tests will be conducted in 2019.

Registrations for 64th TOPIK in Korea (19th May)

Registrations for the May TOPIK Test (64th TOPIK) in Korea will start on 12th March 2019.

64th TOPIK will be conducted on 19th May 2019.

Here is the detailed information about registration for April 2019 TOPIK test:-

Date of 64th TOPIK Test: May 19, 2019 (Sunday)

Application Period:

Round 1 – March 12 – 14, 2019 (Till 6 PM Korean Time)

Round 2 – March 15 – 18, 2019 (Till 6 PM Korean Time)

If you register in round 1, you have to complete the registration fee payment by 14th March (6 PM) otherwise your registration will be cancelled. 

Those who register in round 2 should complete the payment by 18th March (6 PM).

Please use Internet Explorer only for online test registration and payment.

[Most of the major test sites get full very quick. So, register as early as possible to get the test site of your choice.

Application Fee: KRW 35,000 for TOPIK I (level 1-2); KRW 40,000 for TOPIK II (level 3-6)

Payment method: Through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

Important: 1. You can’t change test level and location after the registration date.

2. Upload your correct photograph.

3. To change any information during registration period, go to 홈페이지 [로그인] → [나의시험정보] → [접수내역] → [정보수정].

4. To make any changes in information after the registrations are over, send an email to topik@korea.kr with your application number, an Identity proof and other details. The subject of the email should be like – Application no. – 개인 정보 변경 요청

5. Remember your user ID, password, Registration number etc. as you will require this information to check your results later.

Admission card Printing date: May 7, 2019 10AM Onwards.

Result Announcement Date: 3 PM on June 27, 2019. (You will need to have either your log in details or your test number to check the result. So remember these details.)

 * 온라인 접수를 통해 접수하여 시험에 응시하는 방법은 국내(대한민국)에서 시험을 응시하는 경우만 해당됩니다.

※ 미시행 시험장 : 동국대(서울)

1. 시험일자 : 2019. 5. 19.(일) (대한민국)

2. 접수 및 결제기간 : 

 <1차> 2019. 3. 12.(화) 09:00 ~ 3. 14.(목) 18:00 (반드시 기간 내 결제완료해야 함)

 <2차> 2019. 3. 15.(금) 10:00 ~ 3. 18.(월) 18:00 (반드시 기간 내 결제완료해야 함)

 ※ 1차 접수기간 미결제자는 1차 접수 마감 이후 접수 취소됨

 ※ 2차 접수는 1차 접수 후 남은 자리 및 미결제분에 대하여 접수 가능

 ※ 단체접수는 3월 12일(화) 14:00부터 접수 가능

 ※ 단체접수의 결제 마감 기간도 개별접수와 동일하며, 기간 내 미결제자는 접수가 취소됨

 – 원서 접수 시, 반드시 본인의 사진을 등록해야 함

 ※ 사진 미등록자, 본인의 사진이 아닌 경우, 동물/연예인 등 기타 사진을 등록한 경우에는

    사진 변경 및 시험 응시 불가

 – 접수한 시험실 인원이 5명 미만인 경우에는 시험실 운영이 어려워 다른 시험실로 변경될 수 있음

 – 기간 만료된 신분증으로 시험에 응시 할 수 없음 (응시료 환불 불가)

 – 단체접수 사진 등록 기간은 접수기간과 동일함

※ 접수한 아이디, 비밀번호 반드시 기억 (수험표 출력 또는 성적확인 → 접수한 아이디로 로그인 후 확인 가능)

3. 응시료 : TOPIKⅠ(1~2급) 35,000원 / TOPIKⅡ(3~6급) 40,000원

4. 환불기간

 – 1차 환불 : 2019. 3. 12.(화) ~ 3. 18.(월) (100% 환불)

 – 2차 환불 : 2019. 3. 19.(화) ~ 3. 25.(월) (50% 환불)

 – 3차 환불 : 2019. 3. 26.(화) ~ 5. 19.(토) 13:00 (40% 환불)

 ※ 신용카드는 부분 승인 취소, 가상계좌 취소 시 환불금은 신청한 계좌로 입금

 ※ 환불 처리 후에는 시험에 응시할 수 없음

5. 개인정보 및 사진 변경 방법

 1) 접수 및 결제기간 동안

   : 홈페이지 [로그인] → [나의시험정보] → [접수내역] → [정보수정] 버튼 클릭 후 변경

 ※ 모든 정보 직접 수정 가능

 2) 접수 및 결제기간 이후 ~ 시험 5일 전, 5월 14일(화요일 24:00) 까지

   : 접수번호, 신분증 사본, 정정 내용을 이메일(topik@korea.kr)로 송부

    ex) 제목 : 접수번호- 영문성명 변경 요청

         내용 : HONG GIL DONG -> GO GIL DONG

 – 사진을 제외한 정보의 오·탈자만 정정 신청 가능(사진 변경 절대 불가)

 – 신분증과 접수 정보가 일치하지 않는 경우에는 변경이 불가할 수 있음

 – 접수 및 결제기간 이후, [개인정보수정] 메뉴에서 정보를 변경하더라도 접수 내역이 수정되는 것은 아님

 ※ 사진오류자 (접수 및 결제기간 이후)

   : 정해진 기간 동안 사진오류자로 분류된 지원자만 사진 수정 가능

     홈페이지 [로그인] → [나의시험정보] → [접수내역] → [정보수정] 버튼 클릭 후 변경

 ※ 사진오류자는 수험표 출력이 불가하며, 수정한 사진은 사업단에서 확인 후 오류가 풀려야만 수험표 출력 가능

 ※ 새로운 사진을 등록한 후 화면 하단의 ‘수정’ 버튼을 눌러야 최종 수정 완료

 ※ 사진 수정 후, 홈페이지 → [정보마당] → [Q&A] 글 작성

6. 수험표 출력기간 : 2019. 5. 7.(화) 10:00 ~ 5. 19.(일)

  – 수험번호는 5월 7일(화) 10:00 에 부여

7. 성적발표 : 2019. 6. 27.(목) 15:00 – 성적확인 시 아이디 또는 수험번호 필요

 – 성적은 홈페이지 [로그인] 또는 [나의시험정보] →[성적확인] 메뉴에서 확인

 – 성적증명서 출력 시, [홈페이지] → [성적증명서 발급] → [성적증명서 신청] → [성적증명서 출력]에서 출력

   ※ 제41회 시험부터 국내 성적증명서는 우편으로 발송하지 않음

8. 장애인 편의지원 제공 신청

 : ‘장애인복지법’에 의한 장애인 또는 외부적 신체장애로 인해 시험응시에 현실적으로 어려움이 있는 자

① 신청 기간 : 시험 접수일로부터 시험 접수마감일 이후 근무일 기준 5일 이내(우편은 도착 기준)

② 신청 절차 : 온라인접수 → 신청서 및 증빙서류 제출(방문 혹은 우편)

 – 시험 편의 제공을 받고자 할 경우, 접수 후 반드시 TOPIK사업단으로 사전 문의 바람 (02-3668-1331)

 – 증빙 서류 확인 후 시험 편의 제공 여부 별도 안내

9. 법정 감염병(수두, 홍역 등)에 해당하는 지원자의 경우에는 감염 예방차원에서 시험에 응시할 수 없습니다.
